Attorney Rohe's topic will be Functional Capacity Evaluations and he will be presenting with Erika Day, PT, DPT, and Amy Scrobel, PT of the Community Memorial Hospital Worker Assessment and Rehabilitation Center.

Tom Cabush and Jason Gehring won a jury trial in a wrongful death case in Walworth County.

Mr. Cabush and Mr. Gehring represented a recycling facility at which the plaintiff was backed over by a garbage truck. The plaintiff alleged that our client was negligent and failed to maintain a safe place of employment under Wisconsin's Safe Place Statute. Mr. Cabush and Mr. Gehring presented expert medical testimony showing that the plaintiff suffered a fatal cardiac arrhythmia prior to being backed over by the truck. The jury found no causal negligence against Mr. Cabush and Mr. Gehring's client.
