David has been a member of the firm since 1982, becoming a shareholder in January, 1989. During the first decade or so of his time at Kasdorf, he handled both civil litigation and administrative law matters. He had the opportunity to try numerous juror cases to verdict. For the past fifteen years, he has restricted his practice to the defense of worker's compensation cases and other employment matters. He represents a variety of property casualty insurers along with a number of self-insured employers. He has a specialty in complex medical cases and has handled cases involving longstanding occupational exposure where opinions of numerous medical experts are involved.
