Jeff Schmeckpeper represents clients in all types of disputes, such as product liability, insurance litigation, breach of contract, special education and related education litigation, and commercial disputes. In addition a significant portion of this practice involves counseling and advising clients with the intent of avoiding litigation where possible. He serves as Wisconsin counsel for multiple clients and serves as national coverage counsel for an insurance client.
