Ms. Kurth has practiced law exclusively at KLS for twenty-five years in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, family law, personal injury defense, worker's compensation, and appellate law, and has written dispositive briefs in numerous circuit court cases, as well as briefs for the Court of Appeals and the Wisconsin Supreme Court. She has assisted in defending school districts and municipalities across the State from protracted litigation by successfully arguing for statutory immunity. She has also worked extensively on plaintiff's cases that have resulted in favorable jury verdicts or settlements, as well as prevailing on numerous insurance coverage cases on behalf of many insurance companies that we represent.
