Juliette C. Dahms is a senior staff counsel with Kasdorf, Lewis & Swietlik having begun her legal career with the firm in 1999. Ms. Dahms practices exclusively on the defense of worker’s compensation claim on behalf of employers and insurers. Her professional practice routinely includes defending occupational hearing loss claims, traumatic injuries and occupational disease claims, and representation of insurers in 102.29, Wis. Stats. claims.
Ms. Dahms was born in Freising, Bavaria, Germany. In addition to living in Germany, she also lived in Brazil. Ms. Dahms continues to speak German fluently, and earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in both German and English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She received her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. While at Loyola, Ms. Dahms held editorial positions on both the Loyola Consumer Law Review (Executive Editor, 1998-99; Case Editor, 1997-98) and the Loyola University Chicago International Law Review (Executive Editor Publications, 1998).
