Ms. Barwinski started with the firm in April 2004. She practices primarily in the area of insurance defense, focusing on worker’s compensation and personal injury cases. She represents employers and insurance companies in litigated worker’s compensation cases, and also offers advice pre-suit in these cases. Further, she defends penalty claims against employers in worker’s compensation cases.
She graduated from Marquette Law School in May 2004 with honors. During law school, Ms. Barwinski was a Managing Editor for the Marquette University Law School Intellectual Property Law Review. She also has interned for Wisconsin Supreme Court Chief Justice Shirley S. Abrahamson.
